Today we started maintaining our latest garden. After having spend previous sessions getting the property back into shape by cutting back trees and shrubs and extensive weeding we are now able to spend less time on it and just “keep on top of things”.

Saturday means Garden maintenance in our books. As gardens don’t form the main part of the business we have set aside saturdays to tend to our clients’ gardens.

After last week’s rain we were amazed at how much the grass had grown. After mowing lawns and tidying the edges we cut back vines that were getting too heavy and out of shape.   Again we had to clear ivy off fences. People often underestimate how much damage ivy can cause and by the time we are called in, the damage is often done, and a new fence needed.

As usual, we removed any dead leaves from beds and pathways.

Today we visited one of your existing customers in Barnes to assemble flat pack shoe shelving, install a new hose rail in the garden and clear ivy from the fence.  As it is often the case the ivy was causing damage to the fence and had to be removed sooner rather than later.

This week we were maintaining a garden in Barnes, SW13. As part of this job we removed vines from the property as it was damaging the walls and windows.
