We had call from a customer regarding their property in Merton, SW19.  It involved a porch door which had been refurbished not long ago. unfortunately it was deteriorating  already. The paint had started to crack and knots were showing amongst other issues. We removed the door, sanded it down,filled in where needed, treated the knots and re-painted it.  We re-adjusted the hinges and are pleased to say the door now fits into the frame.

We also tended to the customer’s shower which needed new sealant. We raked the old sealant around the bottom areas out and replaced it with anti-bacterial sealant.

Today we carried out a series of small jobs in the property of one of our existing customers.  These included testing lights in various rooms,fixing shelves, repairs to blinds and dealing with old locks which refused to work.

Today we started maintaining our latest garden. After having spend previous sessions getting the property back into shape by cutting back trees and shrubs and extensive weeding we are now able to spend less time on it and just “keep on top of things”.

Today we visited one of your existing customers in Barnes to assemble flat pack shoe shelving, install a new hose rail in the garden and clear ivy from the fence.  As it is often the case the ivy was causing damage to the fence and had to be removed sooner rather than later.

Today we were able to fit the finished bi-fold doors into our client’s home. The bespoke doors had been built by our carpenter and then been painted to fit in with the rest of the kitchen/sitting room.

We have just finished a bathroom refurbishment for a returning client in Wandsworth.  We removed and replaced the grout and sealant. Repaired leaking tabs, removed a hairdryer sock with a socket for shavers and finally , we repainted the whole room and hung new blinds.  Our client was extremely happy with the outcome and recommended us to one of their friends.

Today was “quoting day” and Steve has been out meeting potential new clients as well as existing ones in Wandsworth and Barnes to discuss work in several areas of the business. In the afternoon he also had a meeting with an existing client who would like us to return to their property for further works.

Happy to help no matter what the time. We received a call from a client who is DIY enthusiast this week. The tap in the kitchen had started to drip and rather than calling a plumber they were eager to try changing the washers themselves. With telephone guidance and everyday house hold items such as rubber gloves the annoying drip was banished in no time.

Gardening in Putney. As part of our regular Garden Maintenance we trimmed the hedge at the front of our client’s, cut the grass at the back did some general weeding and tidying up.

We have send our Handyman to Putney to help a customer with a few small jobs. We put up shelves and assembled furniture as well as other things that needed doing.
