Gutter Clearing in Tooting, SW17

August 18th, 2013

A quick job in SW17 , clearing the gutters at the front of our client’s property.  Often this is overlooked ( fortunately it was a routine case here!), blocked gutters can lead to damp issues and damage to brick work if left for too long. Therefore we always encourage our clients to keep an eye on their gutters and keep them clear, especially as we are approaching the rainy season.

Roofing & Guttering in Sheen, SW14

A leaky rain gully in Sheen, SW14 – Roofing & Guttering

November 23rd, 2012

With the rain come the leaks -FACT!  One of them happened to be in the house of a regular client – right next to the skylight.  All we needed was a few hours without rain.

The gully was disintegrating which in turn caused the leak in the first place. We removed a section of the roof tiles, stripped the old gully and replaced in with a rubber membrane. Then we re-positioned the surrounding structures, making sure that no water could enter and finally replaced the roofing tiles. – Job done.

Roofs and guttering in Barnes this week

October 8th, 2012

With autumn arriving we will be taking care of roofs and guttering in Barnes this week. We will clear leaves and debris out of the guttering and make sure that the joints are checked over and in full working order.

The roofs were jetted down and sealed with AquaSeal. Hence ensuring that no leaks will occur in the winter months.
